Job Description
Kelly is seeking an experienced accountant to manage accounting, fixed assets, AR/AP, and tax compliance for a multinational company in Willowbrook, IL. Responsible for accurate reporting and upholding company standards.
Six month contract to hire, with PTO, PTO Holidays and access to premium medical benefits.
**Pay:** $45.00/hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead month-end and year-end closes (journal entries, GL reconciliation, FX, intercompany).
+ Manage all fixed asset processes (additions, disposals, depreciation, IFRS16).
+ Oversee AR/AP: billing, collections, invoice coding, disbursements, T&E.
+ Handle US multi-state sales & use tax and Canadian GST/QST/PST/HST filings.
+ Support income tax provision and external audits.
+ Prepare transfer pricing reports and maintain lease/tax files.
+ Ensure compliance with PETRONAS ethics and safety standards.
