ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Controller, the senior project accountant will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 3+ development and construction projects. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare and maintain monthly proformas, bank draws, budgets & forecastsLiaison with Project QS providing draw information and reviewing draft reportsLiaison with the bank regarding all information required for bank drawsInform project managers of any budget overages and review all hard cost construction drawsPrepare cash calls and resolve billing issues and track insurance.Prepare cash flow, projecting cash requirements through the remaining project and review all contracts and commitments for assigned projectsPrepare, review, and maintain monthly accounting entries and reconciliations.Support the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements, wor...
