Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced law firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong full-cycle experience, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow into a future finance leader. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, payroll oversight, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee payroll processing and related compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support billing, trust accounting, and law firm–specific financial processes as required
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal management reporting
