• Execute and maintain strong controls in compliance with firm accounting policies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monthly financial results for the Santiago Office.
• Own defined accounting processes within the location and support related initiatives with appropriate guidance, contributing to continuous improvement in processes, controls, reporting, and compliance.
• Execute core accounting processes for the Santiago Office, ensuring compliance with firm policies and accuracy of monthly results, including journal entries, allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Review P&L and balance sheet activity, investigate variances, and elevate complex or judgment‑based matters to the direct manager as appropriate.
