The Opportunity

We are looking for a CPA with 1–3 years of post‑designation experience who is ready to take on meaningful client work in a supportive, collegial environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will own files, build client relationships, and contribute to a firm that is genuinely invested in your growth.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare compilation engagements for owner‑managed business clients
• Prepare personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax returns
• Liaise directly with clients to gather information and provide practical guidance
• Collaborate with the team on advisory projects and client engagements as the firm grows
• Contribute ideas to improve firm workflows and processes — we are always iterating

What You Bring
