General accounting, closing entries and review of Junior Accountant work
Preparation and finalisation of annual accounts
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Managing all relevant correspondence addressed to the platform structures
Liaise with the corporate officers for the preparation of the annual accounts in accordance with the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, assist throughout the external audit of such accounts
Prepare, review and file tax returns, including but not limited to returns for corporation tax, social
security contributions and VAT
Assist the Account Manager in the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements
Requirements:
Fluent in English, other languages – especially German, Spanish, Dutch and French – considered an asset
3-5 years of prior experience in a fiduciary, PE/RE environment...
