Role Overview
Reporting to the Director - Operational Accounting, the Operational Accounting Senior Accountant is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the Senior Housing Operating property portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Map operator level financial information and record monthly journal entries
+ Prepare monthly reporting package, including balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
+ Review and map capital expenditure reporting
