Job Description
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-3–6 years of accounting experience; public accounting background a plus.
-Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
-Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet close deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear communication.
-CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
-Experience in e-commerce, subscription, or consumer goods industries a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare and post journal entries across assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and proper support.
-Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on open items in a timely manner.
-Manage accounting for commissions, sponsorships, influencer programs, and advertising activity.
