+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity
+ Lead key portions of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
+ Analyze financial statements and account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Reconcile complex balance sheet and income statement accounts
+ Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies
+ Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests in a timely manner
