**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To support the Client Services discipline nationally in Canadanationally.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Responsible for managing and maintaining client relationship to ensure satisfaction and retention
+ Primary point of contact for client, responding promptly to client inquiries
+ Supports business growth through identifying new opportunities and cross-selling of services
