Senior Account Executive

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Book, General Ledger and reconciliation to keep the record up to-date.

Ensure prompt collections from customers.

Prepare Financial Reports.

Monitor daily cash balance and prepare monthly cash budget.

Maintain Fixed Assets Register.

Liaise with bank on all banking related matter.

Assist in the coordination of annual budget.

Handle audit and tax related matter.

Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in accounting or equivalent.

At least 4 – 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
