About this Role
We are looking for an experienced teacher with a passion for working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities to join our friendly and supportive team. Working closely with the head teacher and other senior colleagues, you will use your leadership skills to manage SEND provision, working directly with children and modelling effective inclusive teaching strategies to all members of staff. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering interventions with pupils in the classroom and implementing our school improvement priorities to improve outcomes for students with SEND.
You will be someone who is committed to raising standards for all students and has strong leadership and organisational skills.
Must hold QTS and NPQ SENDCo Award. This post is not suitable for an ECT.
