We are partnering with an independent and inclusive school that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SENCO to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate SEND provision across the school.
• Identify pupils with additional needs and ensure appropriate support strategies are implemented.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and support plans.
• Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices and differentiated learning.
• Ensure the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and best practice guidance.
