Job Description: Looking for a change from the classroom? Are you a qualified teacher who loves working with young people but wants more flexibility, smaller caseloads, and the chance to make a real difference? We’re looking for passionate, nurturing Qualified Teachers to deliver 1:1 SEND & SEMH support sessions to children and young people who need a different approach to education. This is relationship‑led tutoring — no large classes, no endless marking, no overwhelming classroom pressures.
