About the role:

Justteachers are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bradford who are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in a meaningful way and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development. You’ll collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with autism and other SEND needs.
• Assist in the implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
