Location: Croydon, South London

Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive daily rate / MPS-UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and manage the school's SEND provision.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant statutory requirements.
- Coordinate effective support and interventions for pupils with SEND.
- Work closely with teaching staff, parents, external agencies, and senior leaders.
- Monitor pupil progress and ensure appropriate support plans are implemented and reviewed.
- Promote inclusive teaching practices across the school.
Requirements
