Bright Star Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and inclusive primary school in Birmingham seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join its leadership team.
This well-established Ofsted-rated Good school serves approximately 700 pupils, including 200 pupils identified with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and provides extensive specialist support, including an on-site Speech and Language Therapy provision and two self-funded SEN Units supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
About the Role
As SENCO, you will lead and coordinate the school's SEND provision, ensuring that pupils receive the support, guidance, and interventions required to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to maintain and further develop the school's highly effective inclusive practices.
