Requirements
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should have the following to apply for this role:

Relative experience within the last 3 years that we are able to gain professional, performance-based references from
Be enthusiastic and have the ability to build a rapport with students
Be resilient, flexible and be able to think fast on your feet to adapt to challenging situations.
Be willing to work in a college based environment with young adults with learning disabilities from ages 14
