About the Role

• Full‑time, long‑term position within a supportive primary school in the WF1 area
• Working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and learning delays
• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to help children access learning and thrive in the classroom
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support plans
• Creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and understood

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting (essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
