The role – SEN Teaching Assistant
The successful SEN Teaching assistant will be required to support Key Stage 2 students on 1:1 basis with Autism and ADHD and other learning disabilities with their learning, providing materials to cater for specific abilities.
As the new SEN Teaching assistant, you will be required to provide whole classroom support to students, assisting with learning tasks and promoting their inclusion in classroom activities.
Build a trusting and positive relationships with students and communicate according to their understanding
Under the guidance of teaching staff, provide feedback to students, parents and carers about their progress, achievements, and any potential issues.
