The Role
Supporting pupils with Autism, Social Communication Difficulties, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviours across the primary age range
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
Helping to create a calm, structured and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate
