Salary: £95-£100 per day

About the Role
We are looking for supportive and SEN‑experienced individuals to join a wonderful partner school located in Rushden. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Through a personalised approach to education, the school aims to help each pupil develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with autism and other SEN or Complex Needs in accessing the curriculum, promoting both academic and personal development.
- Assist with the delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
