About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated andpassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school setting in Rugby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will be working closely with pupils who have a range of needs, including autism,munication difficulties, andplex learning needs, providing both classroom and 1:1 support.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assist with the delivery of tailored learning activities

Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

Support students with additional needs, including personal care where required
