SEN Teaching Assistant - PRU

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a PRU setting in South Shields.

The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, autism, attachment difficulties and behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people in challenging environments and will be confident supporting behaviour through positive intervention strategies.

Requirements:
✔ Experience with SEND / SEMH / behaviour support
✔ Strong communication skills
