Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team from September. The successful candidate will provide 1:2 support for two boys in Year 1, both with Autism and additional needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:2 support for two pupils in Year 1
• Support one pupil with Speech & Language (S&L) needs and Autism
• Support a second pupil with Autism (EHCP Level EH3), no behavioural concerns
• Deliver structured support in line with EHCP targets and individual learning plans
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
