About the role:

We are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant to support a specialist school in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference, with roles starting ASAP for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students engage and progress.
• Assist in managing behaviour in line with school policies.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or similar).
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
