We're looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Brentwood. You'll be supporting children with additional needs, helping them build confidence, enjoy learning and celebrate those little wins that make every day worthwhile.

What you'll be doing
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Helping children stay engaged and confident throughout the school day.
- Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and other support staff to deliver tailored learning.
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development.
- Creating a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued.
