About the role-
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Specialist SEN Teachers to support learners Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and behavioural challenges. Your role will be central to creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where pupils can develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
