SEN Behaviour Support Assistant – Multi-Site Impact

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a specialist educational setting across Hengoed. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils aged 3–19 with additional needs, facilitating their learning and behaviour management.

The role requires a proactive and patient individual, adaptable to various educational environments. A full UK driving licence is preferred due to travel requirements between sites. The role starts in September 2026, with a competitive daily rate of £92.63.
