Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations Lead - 12 Hour Shift

Intel Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager in Kulim to lead a team of Operators and technicians, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient factory performance. You will oversee equipment maintenance and repair while driving production to meet targets.

You will partner with engineering to resolve tool health issues, implement tactical plans, manage staffing and training, and develop long‑term strategies to scale operations in line with future requirements.
