Job Description

Main responsibilities
Accounts Preparation
Small limited companies, LLPs, sole traders and partnerships, pension schemes
Prepare planning sections of work programme in accordance with office guidelines
Prepare and monitor budgets
Liaise with clients for information gathering purposes
Settle queries with seniors
Prepare completion section work programme including paper or electronic disclosure checklists
Review with seniors and complete file including reporting pack
Bookkeeping
Write up cash books, sales day books, purchase day books for limited companies, LLPs, sole traders and partnerships
Bank reconciliations
Prepare accounts from incomplete records or client trial balances (Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, etc)
Liaise with clients for information gathering purposes
Settle queries with seniors
