SEMH Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming primary school near Walsall to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant or individuals with experience supporting young people with additional needs. The school is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment, where every child is supported to reach their full potential. About the Role This is a full-time position starting in September, working Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm). You will play a key role in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and helping them develop strategies to regulate their behaviour and engage positively with learning.
