SEMH Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is looking for proactive and supportive SEN Teaching Assistants to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

You will help build trust, promote positive behaviours, and support students in accessing education.

• Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Help de-escalate challenging situations calmly
• Encourage emotional regulation and resilience
• Build strong, positive relationships
• Support classroom learning and engagement
