SEMH Teacher – Secondary

We are seeking a committed and resilient SEMH Teacher to join our secondary schools in the Newbury and Thatcham areas from September 2026. This is a full-time position ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role
You will be responsible for teaching and supporting secondary-aged students who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning. The role focuses on creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where students can re-engage with education and make positive progress both academically and personally.
