SEMH SEND Support Lead (HLTA) for Student Thrive

Watling Academy in Wolverton seeks a SEND Support Worker to lead the SEND Base operation and provide vital support for students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges. The role requires creating a structured environment where students can thrive and regain focus on learning.
