Your Role

• Build positive relationships with pupils
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Encourage engagement within lessons
• Support pupils during less structured parts of the day
• Work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team
