SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant

Are you confident supporting children who need additional behavioural and emotional support?

We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work within specialist SEND settings supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD and associated learning needs.

The role includes:

• Supporting pupils during lessons and unstructured times.
• Helping young people develop emotional regulation strategies.
• Delivering targeted interventions.
• Promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.
