Role entails for managing day-to-day seller experience operations, executing established processes, and driving operational metrics within a defined scope. The individual will focus on BAU operations execution, seller performance management, lead or initiate program initiatives and independently manage AES stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing a team of Operations Executives to deliver consistent operational outcomes.
