Job Description
Reporting to the Ag Division Manager, responsibilities for the position include the following:
With direction from the Division Manager, Ag, the Seed & Crop Protection Manager leads the crop protection and seed portfolios across locations. The role owns pricing, procurement, inventory strategy, and supplier relationships to drive sales, improve market competitiveness, and maximize margin and rebate opportunities. Supports effective program execution and ensures inventory, procurement, and customer demand are aligned. Works closely with all leaders within the Ag Division.
Portfolio Strategy & Sales Enablement
Partner with Sales and Location Managers to execute sales plans, support program adoption, and monitor performance across locations.
Develop and support execution of crop protection and seed sales plans across retail locations.
Work with Sales and Retail Managers to drive program adoption and customer-focused execution.
