We are a leading provider of fire protection and electronic security services serving New Jersey, Delaware, and the Philadelphia region. Supporting commercial and industrial clients, we handle inspections, service, repairs, and installations for fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, and related security systems.We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Lead Technician in the Elizabeth, NJ area to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security systems. This is a hands-on, lead-level position ideal for a skilled technician who can take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

$40.00 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)

Time-and-a-half for evening work

Emergency calls: 4-hour minimum (1.5x pay)

Holidays: double time + 8 hours regular holiday pay
