SECURITY SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Intel (N21A), Intel/Warfare (N21), Military Sealift Command (MSC) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Responsibilities You will ensure sufficient control and protection of national security information, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), electronic data and media, and classified discussions. You will ensure extremely sensitive SCI is properly stored, discussed, packaged, and transported in accordance with SCI administrative procedures. You will ensure need-to-know principles are enforced in accordance with executive orders, implementing directives, regulations, and statutes. You will evaluate the effectiveness of special access policies, plans, and procedures and develop protective measures for improving the security program.
