Reporting to the Security Manager, the Security Specialist role involves:

- Apply security rules as per manuals, including but not limited to courses of action, protocols, pertinent laws, regulations, and standards.
- Manage daily security operations and resolve any escalated issues.
- Assist Security Manager with monthly guard assessment, handling emergency cases, and supporting investigations and audits.
- Supervise the security entrance/exit.
- Implement security improvements in accordance with corporate policies and local best practices.
- Know commercial operations for the site to detect loss risk and carry out correspondence investigations.
- Acknowledge all security concerns from tenants and company personnel.
