Job Summary:
AGS is looking for a Security Shift Sergeant to work in Tucson, AZ.
Assists supervisory staff to ensure a team of armed and/or unarmed security guards provides protection of buildings, properties, other assets, and safeguards occupants and visitors during normal operations and special events. Serves as an advisor to the first line supervisors in regard to monitoring and directing staff as necessary, ensuring mandatory posts are always filled, performing compliance inspections, monitoring staff performance, and performing administrative tasks including timekeeping, and report tracking. Reviews paperwork work to ensure work completed is accurate, timely, professional, and in compliance with established regulations. Ensure coverage at all established security posts for each shift.
