We are supporting a leading cyber security business in the search for a T1 SOC Analyst to join their team on a 12-month freelance contract based in Madrid.

This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional with strong SOC monitoring experience and German language skills to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security alerts and events within the SOC
• Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents
• Escalate threats and suspicious activity in line with internal processes
• Support incident response activities and follow‑up actions
• Maintain accurate documentation of alerts, incidents, and remediation steps
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of security issues
