Security Officer (Temporary)

Position Information

• Compensation: $300.00/day
• Location: Wassasi Park, Conklin
• Hours: Six nights, August 5-10, 2026 (night shifts)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is secure by patrolling property and monitoring equipment and access points to prevent losses or damage.
• Observe and investigate any disturbances, take notes of any unusual occurrences, and report in detail any incidents.
• Assist with hauling water for cooks, taking out garbage, keeping fire up, bringing wood into tents at night, as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as security is an asset but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with dispensing bear spray and other bear deterrence tools.
• Excellent knowledge in public safety, security and emergency protocols. Must have a valid First Aid ...
