Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct security monitoring with the use of surveillance systems, detect and report security breaches
- Ensure safety and security of the building for the users and tenants
- Administer access control and alarm monitoring systems to manage access into sensitive and restricted areas
- Respond to security incident and emergencies and report to key Management staff when necessary
- Keep vigilance against threats of workplace violence and terrorist activities to ensure personnel safety and security
- Control access to the property by monitoring residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
- Register visitors and verify identities in accordance with MCST security procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate, including common areas, car parks, and perimeter.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment.
