Job Description
Develop and grow the organisation's security division. Lead and manage the security team, including guards, supervisors, and contracted personnel. Manage and oversee all security operations across allocated sites. Conduct regular security risk assessments across all sites and implement corrective actions Ensure full compliance with relevant South African legislation including PSIRA regulations and the Private Security Industry Regulation Act. Manage security operations centre (SOC) and ensure 24/7 coverage protocols are in place. Investigate and prepare detailed incident reports. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits. Supervise, mentor, and develop security supervisors and security officers. Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Monitor deployment schedules and ensure adequate site coverage. Manage firearm control and compliance where applicable.
