Security Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team at Kingsway Mall. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the centre’s Security and Life Safety programs. This role is responsible for protecting the property, tenants, employees, and customers through the development and execution of comprehensive security, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation strategies.

The Security Manager leads a third‑party security service provider through established service standards, and fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
