Security Engineer
This role acts as the primary bridge between the Security team, DevOps, and Development teams, ensuring that security is embedded across every phase of the software development lifecycle. The role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices, drives automation in application security assessments, assists in vulnerability remediation, and collaborates closely with development teams to enforce secure coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with application developers to ensure secure coding practices are followed, proactively identifying security gaps and recommending effective remediation solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to developers on secure coding standards, application security risks, and the effective use of security tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
