This position ensures the effective implementation of security protocols, risk prevention measures, and emergency response plans across the hotel and golf course operations. This role is instrumental in safeguarding guests, colleagues, and assets while maintaining the highest standards of service, discretion, and operational excellence. The Assistant Security Manager also drives a proactive security culture, focusing on prevention, continuous improvement, and team development.
